Wes just graduated from Michigan Tech University in Houghton, MI where he studied computer engineering, competed on the nordic ski team and continued his biathlon career on the side. Wes recently placed 12th in the 20k skate at the 2026 NCAA Champs.
“I am looking forward to training full time with a great team of nordic skiers and biathletes,” Wes says. “I have enjoyed my past 2 summers in Craftsbury with the U23 program and liked working with the Craftsbury community. I am specifically excited to help coach in programs like the summer mountain biking for the youth.”

Quincy joins the GRP after spending the last 4 summers as part of the U23 program while logging hours working in the Craftsbury kitchen. She recently graduated from Middlebury College, majoring in Film and Media Culture. Quincy placed 1st in the sprint at the 2025 Bates Carnival.
“I'm super excited to join the GRP and be back in the Craftsbury community,” Quincy says. “The Outdoor Center has supported me through all levels of competitive skiing and instilled in me a love of the sport. I'm thrilled to give back to that same community while pursuing my competitive goals. I've worked in the kitchen for the last four years and I'm looking forward to returning in some capacity as well as gardening and potentially helping coach BKL.”

Logan transitions to the GRP after starting biathlon just this past season with U.S. Biathlon’s X-team and the Mansfield Pro Team. Before that, he raced at Middlebury College where he studied chemistry and psychology. Logan placed 5th at the 2025 NCAA Champs 20k skate and recently rounded out his first biathlon season with racing at the Lake Placid IBU Cups.
“I am really excited to join the GRP because of the community. The Outdoor Center is a bustling hub of outdoor activity for so many people and being a part of that and helping it run smoothly is so so cool. It has been really special just in my first week seeing all the different people that use the Center for so many different activities. There's always something cool going on. I am really excited to update the apiary and also help with the garden.”
